Ok,
So i am currently running a 318 with a four barrel carb and will be soonswapping to a 360 four barrel carb. Although the height of the carb itself will stay the same. I am stuck with the same problem that many a body users probably hit. It seems to be nearly impossible to get and air breather to fit under my hood! I have tried many of the aftermarket breather and they all hit my AC compressor so I cant use them ., The only ones that can miss the ac system are too tall to fit under the hood. Has anyone found a good solution to this problem without starving the engine for air. Currently i have had to use a 10x2 edelbrock air cleaner that is open element with a K&N air filter. It just seems like the engine would love to have more oxygen to burn in it with the fuel. I know that the 360 will be alot more air hungry so I want to see If i can find a solution for it.
