I've been in contact with AC Global after the recent purchase made for their heater core being sold on eBay.
As mentioned from my other post, their product (HC5777) does not allow the heater box to close with the same fit as an OEM unit. because of the additional bracing & rivets, leaving a 1/4" gap between the two sections of the box.
After bringing this to their attention, they told me they will need to locate the box they used for the HC5777 to find out where their measurements went...
