AC Clutch Failure 1960 300 convertible – rerouting belts?

I have a 1969 300 convertible. The AC compressor clutch is making terrible noises and is about to either lockup or worse.

The dual belts drive the alternator and the AC. You can't bypass the AC because there is a bracket on the motor that would interfere with it.

Is there some pulley or similar part that replaces the AC on cars that were sold without AC? Or, is there a place that will rebuild the compressor without charging it with coolant.

Thanks.
