I had been thinking about this for awhile. I been wanting to get a harbor freight service cart tool box to convert to a welding cart for awhile. They have a basic black powder coat box that's got 2 drawers and 2 shelves that will actually fit the bill perfectly. It's the right height to slide under my workbench for storage. Bonus is it was on sale for $89.00.
