Wife hasn't been over to visit her friend Susan in a couple of months. Susan is a professor at a college in southern Washington and has a very wacky schedule. When she invited us over she told Ernie she would very much appreciate it if I were to bring over some of my BBQ beans.

I really like using these beans as a base, only problem is the only way I can find them locally is in a ten pound can. Looks like Ernie and I will be a bit on the gassy side this week...
