I was getting into my car this morning and a guy pulled up in a Jeep and told me that he was the 2nd owner of my car. He gave me a bunch of history about the car including how it got some of its small scratches and dents. He confirmed that the top is original (still perfect). He also told me that it has always been owned by someone in our neigborhood with the exception of the guy I bought it from and whom he sold it to. That guy never even registered the car and only had it for a few weeks while he got it roadworthy and flipped it to me for a few hundred bucks profit. I got the guys card and am going to catch up with him later. I might be able to track down the original wheels!
