I, most of the time, have no problem using old engine parts but I think I have reached my limit. I have a set of heads on my engine that wont seal to the intake for some reason and I took a set of heads ( very low milage ) off the engine I pulled from the car to swap around and see what might happen. I sit the heads on the table and as I start to walk away I see something in one of the intake runners. Turns out it is actually something missing. A piece of the casting where the valve cover bolts screw down between the runners. I am just about ready to just buy an aftermarket set of aluminum heads and be done with it. I know I know, crap happens. It just seems tons of it dump on me most of the time. Just ranting a little. :banghead::banghead::banghead:
