no oil

So I was going to take my engine in an have it hooked up to a dyno. Well I was going to go ahead and prime it and put the intake back on and off to the shop. Well I am not getting oil to the rockers?. I'm not sure just yet where I screwed up but at least I caught it before it ran. I will start investigating today, but thought I would ask a couple of questions here first and hopefully get started in the right direction.
Is it possible to get a felpro head gasket on wrong to where it covers the oil hole to the head? Just a regular felpro head gasket. I do have oil through oil filter and I get oil up through the hole by the distributor where the oil sending unit is. My other question is I have changed from stamped rockers to hughes adjustable rockers is there a way to get one of these shafts on wrong. I followed the directions to where to put the oil holes. Directions say to put them in line with hold down bolts and if not inline with bolts or offset put them on the bottom. I remember looking at the rocker shafts before I put them in and I didn't see a difference between the two. But if I remember right I believe I installed them down and not inline with the bolts. Well I thought I would pull the passenger side rocker shaft and rockers off and spin the drill and see if oil come out of the oil hole. I think the right side gets oil first before the drivers side? And if I don't get oil out I suppose I will have to take the heads off and get a new set of head gaskets. They are rhs heads and I have ran them before with no problems. I could swear I looked at all the holes in the head gaskets before I put them on. I did notice the water holes in the felpro head gaskets have a water hole on one side of each head gasket that is opposite of one another. And I don't remember which direction I installed the water holes. In case I do have to take the heads off is there a specific direction for the water in and out? Does the drivers side hole need to be in the front and the passenger side need to be in the back or vise versa? I'm gonna get started later this afternoon taking it apart. I wouldn't think Felpro would make it so a guy could put there gasket on backwards and if so there would be a direction on them. But I didn't see a direction on them, but then again my eyes aren't all that good. When I timed it I put the timing chain dot to dot cam gear dot at 6 oclock and crank at 12 oclock engine upright position, piston at top dead center, intake and exhaust closed on the number one piston.
