This carb been sitting for 30 years that I know of , came off a 73 dart as I recall , needs complete rebuild , there was one of the air flow screws broken off , will need removed an replaced , shows in one picture , and it was very dirty , I did spray it down with gunk to wipe it off , it was not that clean as it was sitting very long time , so don't be mislead that it shines , needs total rebuild , the butterfly's do open
