I'm getting ready to pull the 76 Aspen and the 87 5th ave in the garage and start swapping parts to make the 5th ave a 4 speed. I have a good idea about what I need for the swap but I'm open to suggestions. The carpet is a question for sure. The Aspen carpet is in great condition but I'm worried the stretched wheel base means the carpet won't fit. Any other concerns/recommendations are welcome.
