Alright so i pulled the motor to do all freeze plugs and main seals. I got it all back together and now having starting issues. Timing is good wires are good, found to getting no spark with a plug out and am only getting 3.2 volts on the other side of the ballast resistor. I have checked all major grounds they all look good. Turns over no fire. Was running prior to pulling 3 weeks ago.
