These are a pair of REM 70-74 Barracuda rear interior sail panels with the black perforated headliner material already glued to them. I bought these years ago when I put a new headliner in my 70 Cuda and had issues with getting the material to stay glued to the original sail panels. I got the issue resolved, but bought these just in case the material came loose again. It didn't, and they have been in storage ever since. I'll take $25 plus the ride for them.
