’67 Barracuda Nut Job

May as well jump in head first. My name is Dennis Lynch and I live in Milwaukie, OR via Missoula, MT via Edison, NJ. I have a 1967 slant 6 Barracuda that I have owned for 15 years and I am the 2nd owner. Car is in pretty good shape but I bought it all of those years ago to someday drop a 340 in it. Now since those are harder to find, especially in Montana, and money was an issue, especially in Montana, I have just sat on it for years waiting to take the plunge. This year I bought a 1968 340 completely rebuilt, bored .040 over, a rebuilt 727 transmission along with V8 radiator, V8 K-frame, '68 Mopar front disc brake setup along with the correct torsion bars and other miscellaneous parts all from the same guy. All I need is an 8 3/4" rear and I am good to go. I am going to worry about $ for paint and body after she's purring. So if anyone has friends in the PDX area, help a brother out with a rear end! I would also love to put late '60s era police rally wheels to give it that strong but subtle look. Lotsa plans, just need to save some more dough😍😆👍 Thers my story in a nutshell.
