A friend who lives close to me makes fiberglass hoods for several makes and models of cars. My car has a fiberglass hood and after looking around online, I have no idea where the former owner got it from. I have the stock steel hood for my car which could be used to make a mold and reproduce these things. Am I missing the boat, or are they that hard to find? I am thinking that maybe some reasonably-priced hoods with a few different scoop options might be a hit.
