318 upgrades or 360?

Hey guys, its been a while since i was last on here but i have some questions for you.

I have been doing some thinking about upgrading my stock 318 with 360 heads. Is this a good idea, what do I have to do, and would i be better off just replacing the 318 with a 360? Im trying to get the most horsepower i can.
