I pulled this out of my E-body when I bought my aluminum radiator. It cooled fine, core is pretty clean. It has the ports for transmission cooler lines, inlet is on the driver side, outlet on the passenger side. The car it came out of had a big block, but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use it in a small block application if the inlet/outlet are on the sides you need.
I cannot find any stampings on it that indicate it is a Mopar radiator, I would say it is an OEM STYLE...
