I have a 28” 1970 Imperial radiator dated 089-0. It came from a parts car. The 2 upper grommets are there as well as the 2 lower locating pins. I can bring it to Carlisle, or local pick up in NJ. I will be there Wednesday until Friday, leaving Saturday morning. $165
