i have a drum for the car.
i just purchased the plymouth of ebay, it was in michigan.
when it got here and i unloaded it of the shippers trailer and drove it home i new there was a problem in the right rear drum, i was told it needed brakes.
so when i pulled the drum i seen where it was rubbing and it had a 3 inch crack in drum, so i hope it will take care of the rubbing sound.
I have another question, the axle has a small amount of in out and a little up and down, it may be an axle bearing.
i been trying to read up on changing if i need to, but i read an article sumewhere that the 65 plymouth had an adjustment on the axle.
there is what looks like a big lock nut behind the axle.
could any body tell me what it is or if it still rubbes just change axle bearings.
Any help woud be greatly appreciated.
