i am buying a new alternator for my 67 new yorker 440 , was looking at one of these 2 , the same alternator but one has the built in regulator and the other has the external, my current one has the external, what is the advantage on the built in 1 wire style and how does that style wire in? these are both 100 amp or should i stick with a 60 amp?
