What goes around comes around?

I hope not. I was driving to work one morning last week, I pulled into the driveway that lead to our office building. Our building is a couple back from the street; on the first building a couple guys were working outside. One was at the Fire Department Connection (FDC) the other was manning a flow dissipater mounted on the end of about 30' of hose. They had the flow dissipater in the middle of the driveway and water was gushing out, it looked like they may have been draining the building's fire sprinkler system.

Well, I grossly underestimated the amount of water on the driveway and as I drove by I absolutely drenched the fellow holding the dissipater as my car plowed through. I continued on to our parking lot, pulled in my space, then walked back to where I could see where the guys were working, both were gone.

I felt really bad, partly because it was about 35 degrees out and partly because I'm usually more cognizant that that; I should have slowed way down and pulled as far right as I could go.

Now I'm just waiting on karma to get me back.
