Tti vs Hooker super comp

I have a 499 big block and the other day I was changing spark plugs and had a hell of a time. Also I was looking at some melted wire covering neat the starter. I was inspecting the headers because we may swap to fuel injection. Found a crack in a 2" primary tube that's under the steering column on the way to the box. By the time I remove the torsion bar and steering to get the headers off I may just swap.
So what's your experience 3 1/2 exhaust on the car so I would like to keep the same size headers. Tti seems like the plugs would come out easy and the suspension doesn't need to come apart to swap? I'm also thinking of wrapping this next set because we don't drive in the rain with no wipers. Ha ha
