1972 newport, was running really smooth, but I was having trouble with misfire on startup. I replaced the points and the misfire is gone. Gapped to .017 and timing is correct.
However now the engine kind of "Surges" It speeds up and slows down small amounts on idle, and about once a minute almost stalls out. It is not a fuel issue, It is a spark issue, where should I start?
