Ordered front and rear fiberglas bumpers for my 66 Satellite on March 19th,2013. Check I sent (they don't take credit cards) was cashed on 4/1/2013. today is 7/9/13. NO BUMPERS or REFUND (for parts not delivered). Sent info to Better Business Bureau, no help. Do not know if anyone else has used them or not. Any problems?? I have sent quite a few e-mails. Mr. Augenstein thinks to many. I have copies of all of them if anyone thinks they would help. Mostly how long ,whats up,and so on. Lately just no answers of any kind. If he was just going to take the money and not send the product, he should be stand up enough just to say it. Or if he actually plans on sending them and is having problems making them just give an honest arrivial date. If he does not want me as a customer send the money back. Anyone got any ideas?? If he decides to honor what he said and send the product he would done with me. I will let all know, as of now I say beware! He originally said 4-6 weeks, Now working on 4 months.
