TX9 (Black) ’70-’71 Dodge Dart Swinger Help

Would anyone be willing to share images of ’70-’71 Black Dodge Dart Swingers.
The time has come to make a decision on color.
My car is an original TX9 car but I don’t know if I want to go back black…
So. Images of nice black paint jobs on Darts might keep my mind set.
Any help would be appreciated.

There’s an AGGIE in my house!

For those of you who don’t know what an Aggie is, that is the term used for students from Texas A&M University. My son Aaron, whom you probably know by now (DartThis74), just received notice that he has been accepted to A&M and will enter their mechanical engineering and technology degree program this fall in College Station, Texas. We took him down to Bryan/College Station this weekend to spend the next four weeks at Blinn College taking a couple of classes in the final summer session, before…

Exterior mirrors-NIB

Matching pair (RH and LH) exterior mirrors-These are the standard A body mirrors with the head that moves. Decided to go with the remote control mirrors. The Paddock sell them for $149.95 each, $150 for the pair. These mirrors still have the protective plastic on the mirror glass.
Thanks,
Don

Is the steering coupler really necessary?

A header tube on Aaron’s new 360 interferes with the steering column coupler that connects to the power steering gearbox input shaft. The last thing we want to do is cave in the side of the tube to make room for the coupler – it would require approximately 3/4″ for decent clearance.

Has anyone had this similar problem with headers and did away with the stock coupler? I’ve been looking at U-joints, like those used on custom hot rods. One end would be splined to fit the gear box shaft, and…

Seeing is Believing

A man with a gun went into a bank and demanded their money. Once he was given the money, he turned to a customer and asked, “Did you see me rob this bank?”
