so I know that there was a thread somewhere in this mess about winterproofing and rodent proofing. I cant find it….. basically I am winterizing my car and am trying to find the best ways to possibly protect the interior and underhood from mice… ( short of having a cat live in there).

Have you eliminated the factory AC on your 65-up small block? I’m adding AC to one of my 65 A Bodies and need a matched set of crank and water pump pulleys for an AC-equipped small block. Thanks for any help.

Prior to diving in to rust repair I want to know which cars share body parts with the 65 Valiant Convert. Specifically doors and trunk lid. Are there any other cars that these parts were interchangable with?

Had to take a hack saw to the rearend U-bolts yesterday to get them off. Where should I look for them at a reasonable price? They are for a Duster 8-1/4″ rearend/axle assembly.

Any of you who have tried to help me over the last fews days won’t believe this. After taking the carb off this morning I found my 16 year old, who we are restoring this car for and was helping me, I found when he put the carb on the base plate he placed another gasket on top of it blocking the suction to the pvc. Thus causing the blowby to occur.
