I’ve got a wasted blue dashpad on the 73 Dart Sport. Its off now, and looking at the steel dash, Has anyone tried to just steel fill / shave the holes and such? Just smoothing it out, not installing a soft pad? Picts?

(side note: looking for R & L 2dr, interior door panel “tops” (4″x30″ plasitc) in blue or any color.

Lookng for both R & L door interior, top plastic panel for a 73 Dart Sport (Dart prob. the same). Its that 4″x20″ plastic cap that fits over the top of the doorpanel.

Mine can be fixed, but I rather buy ones that are good as is. B5 blue prefered, but anycolor will work. I’ll paint it.

A much discussed topic yet I couldn’t find the answer to my problem.

I’ve got 8.5J wheels mounted with 255/60/15’s , they are too wide on the outside and will require me to alter the outside of my rear quarters. The offset/backspacing is aprox 3.5″

This means there is about 1″ between the rubber and the rear leaf spring, so I could fit this wheel/tire combo with a different wheel with a different backspacing.

If I were to mini-tub where do I put my leaf springs? I can’t see the point without…

I am in the process of doing a “make over” on my 72 swinger. I am installing an 8 3/4″ lsd rear,new rear springs,front & rear swaybar,and upgrading to 4 wheel power wilwood 4 piston calipers w/ drilled & slotted discs.(all with the lager bolt pattern)

I know I wont be able to verify my backspacing/offset untill I get everything installed and actually do some measuring,BUT,I am curious as to what you guys (who are running 17’s,18’s +) are running for wheels/tires. How they look,fit,etc. and…

If it was closer I’d buy myself, thought someone on FABO might be interested. Seems like a good price for a core, but maybe I’m wrong.
