No to sure on the condishion of this stuff I got it all a while back in a trade. One of the cars is complete and the other looks like it needs a belt and a battery strap. Also Comes with charger and batteries. Also have extra tires and other misc. stuff that I will throw in. These are high grade r/c cars not the cheap wal-mart stuff.
