If you are close to Redding California on Oct 25 and 26 you should come out and see what the slants can do, or better yet run your slant with us! We will probly have a record turn out, have close to 30 cars going to be there! Come out and join us for BBQ and bench racing there is no better place to get alot of good info on the slants and see it in action!:burnout:

I picked up this 68 Dart 2dr Sedan a few weeks back. It’s not really a restoration at this point but more of a “throw together”. Looking for a cool older model car to drive that gets decent mileage. I had a really badly burned 74 Duster given to me which turned out to have a decent running slant six. I’ve started knocking out a few dents here and there, picked up a late model fender and pulled and cleaned the fuel tank. I also replaced the upper control arm bushings and swapped in the 74 K…

Hello, thanks to all that can help. I have a set of centerline rims that came off of a 70 Cuda. They are fronts 15×7 235/60R15 Rear 255/60R15 15×8. To measure backspace [off-set] I measured from wheel flange to back rim bead. I come up with 4.00 inches. This is the same measurement for the front. I am told 4.00 is my backspace for my Dart. I think the tire size for the front might be to big. They are both big bolt pattern. I would just throw the wheel on but I am in Va. and the car is in Pa….
