Hey guys I recently purchased a 67 barracuda fastback. Its gonna be all sheet metal no fiberglass. It has a 8 3/4 rear with 3.91 sure grips and super stock springs. It was originally a /6 car but it came with the shumacker /6 -v8 mounts. It has a 727 trans and im am trying to figure out what motor I want to run. I like 340s and 408 strokers. I’ve got a complete late 80s (non-roller cam) 360 engine just as it came from the truck at 80K miles. Complete carb to pan including manifolds, pulleys, kickdown, etc. I never heard it run but owner (friend of a friend) had it running 3 weeks before I pulled it. Turns easy with wrench. Carb is junk.
