So I really want to run Police Rims on my 72 Dart 4-door. I have 2 sitting in the garage, so I ordered some nice 1″ thick billet adapters.
Long story short, I bolted one adapter up, jacked the car up by the rearend, to compress the springs/shocks, and put one bare wheel on.
The edge of the lip on the rim is almost exactly at the edge of the wheelwell, where it rolls under.

On eBay you might occasionally see 1 for sale but never a complete set of 4 14 inch Formula S hubcaps WITH the special 2 inch long lug nuts (I see they now cost over $130for a set of 20) . To sweeten the pot a little I’m including an extra 14 inch S hubcap to make a total of 5 of these hard to find in any condition hubcaps. So I’ve read the various methods on HOW to adjust, but I read someone say that LA valves can’t be adjusted on here, which sounds like total bullshit. I’m wondering what the valves for my 65 273 should be set at for intake and exhaust.

I know Dex III is recommended in the tranny, but read some people run, or you can run Type F. Opinions?
