Anybody looking for 340 block
I have a 340 block here that I am planning to build a blower engine out of. I thought I would give everybody a chance to see if it is the original from their car so they could make it numbers matching again. If it is not one somebody is looking for then off to the machine shop it goes in a few months.
The numbers on it are.

I have no idea what it came out of but it is still standard bore and it came with a forged crank ,”X” heads and a solid cam.

non A-body question, PT -03 trouble
Been struggling with an issue on our PT Cruiser.
It got a bad missfire from time to time when warm.
Have turned the ignition key on and off three times to get any fault code but says “done”.
Today when going to the store I put the gaspedal to the floor but it stopped revving at 4k rpm (even though I kept the pedal to the floor, with the gear in Park) and acted just like a rev limiter stepped in.
*_Any help on ideas is very appreciated_*, haven´t replaced any item yet since I don´t want to…
Zbar identification please????
I am having clutch adjustment issues because the arm on the Zbar is hitting the starter and or header. i believe this to be the wrong Zbar for an A body unless it is a six cylinder Zbar. Can anyone tell me what bar this is? Thanks
