I have a 73 duster with a 727 3 speed the engine head about 450 HP and 475 torque are 4.10 too much for a 3 speed?

Hi all…I have a 66 A body four speed with new shifter rods (uninstalled) for $400.00
I also have a Hurst shifter, NIB Year One clutch fork, dust boot, adjuster rod, hardware and clutch fork pivot bracket.
I’m located in Oak Harbor, WA. about an hour north of Seattle. This was purchased by me years ago but never installed. It still sits in nice carrier previous owner built for it.
