After Market Disc Bakes For a 70 RR Question

Torsion bar question.
My Scamp has 67,000 miles on it. The torsion bar adjusting bolts are just about adjusted all the way in.
Can I pull the bars and reclock the hex or should I just buy new bars?
Currently have a /6 but installing a 360.
