I know if you have a driveline failure in low gear its known to wipe out the overrunning clutch, I understand it as 2nd and drive dont use it and its not an issue. has anyone had a trans blow after an axle failure in 2nd?
It seems to me that after i had an axle failure once before all was fine. But i recall a Ujoint coming apart, and blowing the trans the next week. this may have been a first gear breakage as i don't think i was up to speed when it failed.
