I tell ya, my car is packed away for the winter and I'm still getting involved with IDIOT know it alls. I thought dealing with these guys was reseved for open shows.
I'm at a lounge doing some social chatting with someone I know and later someone he knows (aka the idiot). This guy is involved with some kind of towing/junkyard biz and we're chatting up cars in general. He talks about some Studebaker he's got on his lot so the conversation turns to old cars. Y'know, I have an old car! Here's a picture. Well, I should have just shot my self in the head. What started out as a fun social evening turned ugly as I had to sit and listen to "you'd better dump this car because if you had it restored, you'd never get $50K for it." etc etc. What a swell guy to OFFER me $2500 maybe $5K. :ROFLMAO: What's next, the crusher?
