Searched my butt off but so far have come up empty handed. Let me try you fellows. Here is the delema... I recently put Torque Thrust wheels (require conical /acorn seat lug nuts)on my Plymouth and on the rear end I am running long studs. They stick out 2 1/2" from the face of the drum. I currently have Gorilla open ended lug nuts holding the wheels on but the longest I could get are 1" and I still have 1 1/8" of exposed stud sticking out. I have searched for a long nut to cover the stud but the longest I can find in a 1/2x20 is closed ended 1.9". Does anyone know of an acorn seat lug nut that will completly cover 2 1/8" of stud?
Barring not finding a long enough nut - can anyone think of something that could fit on top of the open ended nut to cover the remaining 1 1/8" of exposed stud - and not look too "tacky" ? ;)
