Jerry Brown was once governor of that state. Jerry was often referred to by the press as "Governor Moonbeam" for his weird antics, hippy worship and lifestyle. He often roamed the earth with Linda Rondstadt, looking for nirvana I guess.
I recall that he was studying to be a Catholic priest when he entered politics, after his father was governor.
Now, with all ignorance of history, he is again, governor. The current sitting governor, Maria Shriver, must be proud of her accomplishments!
