I paid a visit to my neighborhood wrecking yard, Desert Valley Auto Parts, to pick up a couple of sway bar links (snapped a nut on mine) and came across this. It's a Kelsey Hayes electric brake controller. It was on a pretty low optioned 65 Newport sedan, save for Autopilot. It had two tow plugs on the back and a big ass CB antenna. I thought this was pretty cool.
