There used to be a good / bad vendors forum here... I can't find it... so I put this here instead...
I bought a set of Mopar CAT rockers on Ebay from this guy. He sent me an open box set of PRW rockers instead. I sent the guy an email saying that a few parts are missing in that box (before I realized I got PRW rockers instead of CAT rockers). He never responded. So I sold the PRW rockers to a friend and gave this guy a negative review on Ebay. Then the fun begins:

I told you that pulling the PRW was a simple warehouse mistake. If you would have actually contacted me for real and asked for an exchange, you could have had the CAT but you missed out. Now you will NEVER own a set. NOBODY has them but me. You had your chance..... |

Wow... you have issues. I bought a set of Harland Sharp rockers and sold the PRW's to a friend. You know what? You've inspired me. I think I am going to post this email thread on multiple forums, just so that everybody knows exactly the kind of customer service they can come to expect from you. Keep up the good work. Don't hesitate to send me more email, they bring a smile to my face and I am sure others will enjoy them too. |
