One day the 360 in my powerwagon was runnin just fine and the next day it was runnin like doo-doo. Whattta? After scratching for a half hour, I pulled the spark plugs and noticed 4 were fouled . I pulled off the TQ and noticed that one of the egr jets under the carb on the cast iron quad manifold was missing. I later found it wedged way down inside the runner. it was big enough that it wouldn't quite pass into the head.
