I have a 8.25 sure grip chunk with 4.10 Gears. I know this unit is good b/c I ran it in my car. It'll spin them both. Unfortunately the guy who I bought the car from didn't know about the clearanced axle retaining rod so he just ground down the heel on a few of the ring gear teeth to get the retainer in :violent1: It certainly didn't hurt the car while I owned and drove it, but if you don't like it you could certainly use different gears.
