Drag racing front suspension

I have a 1966 coronet with ladder bar rear suspension, she is a drag car only. I have the front suspension off and disassembled and i am looking for a stronger and better drag front suspension(if I loose weight that is good also). I am not looking to spend many thousands of dollars I will rebuild the stock suspension first.

If I go back to stock Poly or rubber bushings?
What after parts would be good(control arms, strut rods, K frame ect).

A little about the car 66 Coronet hardtop, 14 point cage, ladder bar rear with 4:86 9 inch, double adj strange rear shocks. The tranny is a foot brake reverse manual with a 5000 stall conv. The motor is a .030 over 440, steel crank, Manley I beam rods, JE domed pistons, full roller 703/686 258/266 at .050, Edelbrock victor max wedge ports with a Indy manifold and 1050 dominator. It is a completly new setup and has not run down the track yet(IE front suspension). She weighs around 3100 lbs and will run up in altitude, Denver and other tracks that are in a days driving distance.

Thanks for any suggestions
