Luke 14:23-24 – “…Then the master said to the servant, 'Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.’” (NKJV)Just as this master wanted his house filled, Jesus wants His house full. The majority of unbelievers who visit a church do so because of the invitation or influence of a friend or family member. We should be motivated to invite people to attend our church. One of the most important things you can do before you invite someone is to pray for them on a regular basis that God would soften their heart. Pray that they would be open and accept your invitation to attend. Once they accept the invitation, ask other believers in your church to pray with you that the person would be open to the Holy Spirit working in their life.
