Worse than I originally measured using the 4 point method and a dial indicator to get tdc and a Starrett depth mic. Is there a fix for this or is new rods the way to go. If new rods are mandatory then I may as well get new pistons too to lighten things up a bit.
I double checked to make sure I was measuring correctly and getting the same readings. yup, got the same readings.
This block has already been square decked machined and honed and the rotating assembly balanced. Am I screwed?
