As some of you may know, I got busted for my Energy Suspension bushings 2 weeks ago. Well, thru the week I found out rubber control arm bushings for 89/90 Kcars are very hard to find. Everywhere I checked they were not available including the Dealer, Napa, Rock Auto etc.
When I showed up tonite I explained the situation and told them the poly bushings were still in there. They gave me a 25lb penalty for them on top of the 50lb penalty I got for winning too much. Net result Its still the fastest car in the class.
And they're still wondering what I'm doing which is nothing except working hard in the shop and behind the wheel.
Remember as pointed out around here more than once, at most tracks its still illegal to win with a MOPAR
