How many are having bad experiences with their computers; my HP with Windows 7 runs really good for a while then gets slow, ran all the Norton programs and Malware stuff. Then its better and then we start all over again. Got so discussed purchased another HP with Windows 8.1 - crap completely different system with the "touchy feely" screen, figured out how to use mouse and keyboard after an hour of screwing around with no instruction written in English (sorry don't speak or read French, or some other country's crap), but now I'm happy... Then the HP 8600 fax/printer/copier stops working, doesn't read the old HP system working on my network? That's fine I have a contract with the "Geek Squad". Know one of the kids at our local Best Buy on the "Geek Squad". Get this his name is "Agent Worf" - no kidding, first time he told me that I went home and called the store and asked for "Agent Worf" and I'll be darn he answered, brother did his parents have warped sense of humor. That poor kid really went through hell in school I would think.
