99 ram won’t start all the time?

brother has a 99 ram was running he stalled it out cause its a stick went to start it and can’t get it to start.

I cleaned distributor cap and rotor

checked coil with light tool that plugs in on coil then coil wire light lit up but wasn’t really bright when cranking engine.

also sprayed a ton…
