1978 floor pans

I have a friend without internet looking for driver floor pan for a 1978 New Yorker St Regis. I haven’t been able to find replacements of even info on a “will fit”. He would also be interested in lower panels between the rear quarter panel and trunk. He already has NOS quarter panels. Anyone able to help us?

Help!!!! Column Assembly for a father son project.

I acquired a 1977 Newport as a project car for my 16 year old middle son and me. The column was a disassembled by the previous owner because of a stock ignition cylinder and I am not sure if I have all the correct parts or exactly how it goes back on. Any feedback would be helpful.
