Carb question for pure stock

Here are the carb rules for the class I am going to run next year (pure stock)

CARBURETORS-Stock two-barrel carburetors only. Maximum throttle bore 1 and 11/16" and maximum venturi bore of 1 1/4" OEM replacement parts only. No speed parts. No race type carburetors. No boring or polishing of throttle or venturi bores allowed. No modification of throttle shaft, butterfly screws, or internal parts allowed. Choke plate must be present.

I have been looking up these numbers on the internet and rochester made a carb with those numbers and it flowed 380 cfm. I was wondering if that was the carb I should be looking for and if it is does anyone know what they would have came on? I know holley made a 350 cfm carb, are they any good? Any other brands worth looking into? Just trying to find the best carb and stay in the rules.
