Can’t start diesel when warm

Dallas told me on Thursday that my '06 F350 Dually was had starting when warm (not hot) -- but started when cold.

Yesterday he was stranded in it on the other side of town. It cranks, but won't catch until it cools down. It just had an oil change (and fuel filter) about 2000 miles (3weeks) ago -- and he checked the level to make sure that it wasn't low to where the injectors weren't getting their startup squirt.

I haven't seen it yet -- any guesses what to look for? If it was cold I'd look at glow plugs -- but it starts ok cold.
